Mr Morgan joined the Royal Greenwich Trust School as Associate Headteacher in January 2023. He has 25 years’ experience in London schools, including 13 years as a Deputy Headteacher and Assistant Headteacher, where he has successfully raised standards and transformed life opportunities for the students within each learning community.
Educated at Cambridge University and Durham University, Mr Morgan’s knowledge and love of mathematics has driven him to pass on that passion in the classroom.
As a long-time resident in the borough, Mr Morgan is excited to be part of the future of RGTS, and is passionate about ensuring the best possible outcomes for each individual student at the school.
Mr Morgan’s vision for RGTS is one that serves the local community and prepares all students successfully for the next part of their journey in education, employment or training.

Prior to joining the teaching profession, Mr. Boot studied History and Politics at the University of East Anglia. He graduated from Dartington College of Arts with a degree in Theatre and completed his teacher training with the London Arts Consortium. He has significant experience in London schools in a variety of leadership positions: as a Head of Drama, Head of Year and Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for pastoral matters. He completed a joint honours degree in Psychology and Spanish at the University of Middlesex, before working and teaching in Spain. He has taught at Haberdashers Aske’s in London and schools in the South East. At RGTS Mr Toye teaches Spanish and manages the Faculty, as well as leading Years 10 and 11.
